Breach of confidentiality

Emails sent from Elmas Greens will always have the root address <> except where we expressly and verifiably announce our use of any other root address. Any files transmitted with our emails are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
If you have receive an email from Elmas Greens in error, please notify us on, citing the message then delete the said message.
If you are not the named addressee or among parties intended for any email message thus transmitted to you, you should not disseminate, distribute or copy it for any reason whatsoever. Please notify the sender immediately by return e-mail if you have receive an e-mail by mistake and delete the same e-mail from your system.
If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.

Liability for the unintentional transmission of computer viruses

Although the company has taken reasonable precautions to ensure no viruses are present in our emails, computer viruses can be transmitted via email. Recipients of our emails should check the content and any attachments for the presence of viruses. Elmas Greens accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted by email. E-mail transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses. The sender therefore does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of their message, which may arise as a result of e-mail transmission.

Unintentionally entering in to contracts

No employee or agent is authorized to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of Elmas Greens Limited with another party by email without express written confirmation by a Director.
