Emails sent from Elmas Greens will always have the root address <@elmasgreens.com> except where we expressly and verifiably announce our use of any other root address.
Any files transmitted with our emails are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
If you have receive an email from Elmas Greens in error, please notify us on email@example.com, citing the message then delete the said message.
If you are not the named addressee or among parties intended for any email message thus transmitted to you, you should not disseminate, distribute or copy it for any reason whatsoever. Please notify the sender immediately by return e-mail if you have receive an e-mail by mistake and delete the same e-mail from your system.

Liability for the unintentional transmission of computer viruses

No employee or agent is authorized to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of Elmas Greens Limited with another party by email without express written confirmation by a Director.
